You are absolutely right. Change is coming. Although this sounds like good news, I am sceptical of its wider adaptation and application. What I meant is for pupils outside the EU and some other commonwealth countries. This is a larger debate. And I do have a perspective but I am not willing to share a half studied or prepared response which may at this point be inaccurate or misguiding.

I would like international applicants to have it easier to register in the UK. But I doubt one will ever surpass the Part 3 Course and Exam. It is mandatory for anyone in the UK route. The UK have a long history of tradition and they seldom let go of these which was apparent when the UK was part of the EU.
